Top of Texas Property Solutions LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to providing high-quality cleaning and property services. This Refund Policy explains how we handle refunds, credits, and service concerns.

By booking or receiving services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

SERVICE SATISFACTION

If you are not satisfied with the services provided, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion so we may evaluate and address the issue.

Our priority is to correct any service-related concerns whenever possible.

REFUNDS & CREDITS

Because our services involve labor and time already performed, cash refunds are not guaranteed.

At our discretion, we may offer one of the following:
• A re-service to address the issue
• A partial credit toward future services
• A refund in limited circumstances where re-service is not feasible

Refunds or credits will not be issued for dissatisfaction related to conditions that were not disclosed prior to service, including but not limited to excessive clutter, biohazards, pest infestations, or unsafe working conditions.

NON-REFUNDABLE FEES

The following are non-refundable:
• Completed services
• Deposits (if applicable)
• Cancellation fees
• Additional charges approved during service

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee.

PAYMENT DISPUTES

If you believe a charge has been made in error, please contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. We are happy to work with you to resolve billing concerns.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page.
